complaint of one plus3 - request not to buy

hello, i am using one plus 3 from last one month. On 1st september in the morning it automatically switched off. there after i am continuously contacting to your support team but they are not responding properly. they are just saying that we will call you. In the evening of 1st september they said that we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. so i called them today at 4pm dated 3 september and the lady who picked phone said that their team will call before 8 pm today. but i didn't receive any call, so i again called to customer care and had chat with Mr. Nitesh and he after putting my call on long hold said sorry we can not help you today one plus team will call tommorow and when i said to transfer my call to senior executive he denied. i didn't expect this kind of rude behaviour from one plus team. my phone is continuously off from last 3 days and one plus team is not ready to support. i regret that i bought one plus phone.

Worst of all
No post sale assistance , customer support with zero product knowledge
Just keep paying then and don't expect anything

Exactly correct. Worst customer support. Also not worth OnePlus products. I am using OnePlus 9 5G. After one year it's display failed.it's price was around 37k.I wasted my money by purchasing OnePlus phone

Buy At 43000 before 2.5 yrs.
No dought performance is great but faced lot of problems.
Replaced charging port
Replaced display.
No logic In investing such a big amount in one plus.

It is pertinent to mention here that phone stopped working just after the 5 days , The bettry showed full but it got dead all of sudden.I thought that it might be a minor problem and i went to the above mentioned dealer to share my problem but he said there is no policy to change or repair it you can go to the care which is at Chotoram chowk Rohtak. I went there on very day 15 March 2023.The person seating over there that this is a minor problem of only software.Software has to be updated it will take two hours.He did his job and assured me thta now it is fine but again as I came home nd used the phone 10R one pluse ,found same problem and i continued to face the same problem.due to some personal reasons I couldn't go to center and kept on suffering.Finally i submitted the phone to your authorised the customer care center at Chotoram chowk Rohtak.They said it is the defect of battery and it has to be changed it is under warranty period.Assured me it will be given back within one week .But now 12 days have passed and there is no response.
It is really a matter of sorrow and regret.
